About
EXPERIENCE. APPROACH. STANDARDS.
I have held board-level and C-suite responsibility inside complex organisations — and I practice psychotherapy from within that lived reality.
I work with people who carry responsibility at a level few ever see.
For more than two decades, I have held senior and board-level roles in global organisations across multiple functions, such as Marketing, Digital Transformation, E-Commerce, Pricing, Data, and IT. I understand the pace, the pressure, and the structural solitude that come with operating at the executive level.
In parallel, for fifteen years, I have practised as a certified psychotherapist based in Poland, working also with CEOs, C-suite executives and senior leaders navigating complex inner and outer demands.
This dual path reflects a simple reality: leadership does not shield you from the human condition; it often intensifies it.
A Dual Perspective
I know both rooms:
The boardroom, where decisions, stakeholders, and visibility converge.
And the therapy room, where the deeper drivers of behaviour, relationships, and leadership patterns come into view.
My work is not coaching, optimisation, or performance advice.
It is deeper psychological work designed for leaders who want clarity, alignment, and a sustainable way of inhabiting their role.
How I Work
I support senior leaders who are navigating:
high-stakes decision-making and sustained pressure
leadership transitions and identity shifts
complex interpersonal or organisational dynamics
internal patterns that influence behaviour and relationships
the tension between external responsibility and internal experience
The work is confidential, grounded, and tailored to the realities of executive life.
It helps leaders reconnect with what drives them, understand long-standing patterns, and operate with a clearer, more stable internal architecture.
Approach
My method integrates:
therapeutic depth and clinical precision
practical experience in high-responsibility executive roles
a strategic understanding of organisational systems
a space for reflection that is rarely available inside an organisation
The result is increased clarity, self-awareness, and grounded leadership capacity.
Professional Standards
I am a certified psychotherapist based in Poland, practising in accordance with European standards of training, ethics, and supervision.

These certifications are renewed on the required 3- or 5-year cycle and are available for verification on request.
I am a member of EAGT, PTPG, and PFP, and I adhere to their respective Codes of Ethics.
