(“Provider”).The Website and services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.

To use the Website and electronic services, the Client needs:
access to the Internet and a standard web browser,

for online sessions: a device with a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone.
4. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
Booking of services (including initial consultations, psychotherapy sessions, non-psychotherapy services, supervision, or workshops) is made via the booking system available on the Website or via a linked external scheduling tool.
A contract for services is concluded when the booking is confirmed by the Provider and, where applicable, payment is completed.
The contract for services is concluded in oral form by scheduling and attending the first session, in accordance with these Terms.
Prices displayed during booking are gross prices and apply at the time of booking.
Depending on the nature of the booked service, services provided via the Website may constitute either psychotherapy services or non-psychotherapy services, as defined in the Privacy Policy. The applicable service category is determined at the time of booking or during the initial consultative session, and the Client will be informed accordingly.
Executive Psychotherapy is a form of individual psychotherapy provided to people in positions of leadership or senior responsibility.
Executive Psychotherapy is conducted under a single-client therapeutic contract. The client is the individual person participating in the sessions.
Organisational, professional, or systemic contexts may be explored as part of the client’s lived experience but are not objects of intervention. The Provider does not offer organisational consulting, advisory, coaching, or systemic intervention services within Executive Psychotherapy unless expressly agreed under a separate contract.
5. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) in accordance with their own terms and policies.
The Provider does not store full payment card details.
Confirmation of payment constitutes confirmation of the concluded contract for the booked service.
Where indicated in the service description, the fee for an initial consultation may be credited toward the first session.
The fee applicable to a Client is agreed at the start of the collaboration. Any future fee changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future sessions. Fee changes do not apply retroactively.
Payment of fees by an employer or other third party does not create sponsorship, dual accountability, reporting obligations, or organisational mandate. The Provider remains accountable solely to the individual Client.
6. Cancellations, Lateness, and Absences
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to one (1) business day before the scheduled time, using the cancellation link provided in the booking confirmation or by contacting the Provider.
Cancellations made with less than one business day’s notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, result in a charge of 100% of the session fee.
Late arrival does not extend the duration of the session. The session remains payable in full.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts)
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Client has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving a reason.
If the Client expressly requests that the service begin within the 14-day withdrawal period and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires upon completion of the service.
For services scheduled for a specific date (e.g. workshops), the cancellation conditions specified in the service description apply.

The Provider does not intervene in, advise on, or act upon the Client’s organisation, business decisions, governance structures, or management processes. Responsibility for all personal, professional, and organisational decisions remains with the Client.
